Slowly after 8 years of maintaining the same eating habits and gradually decreasing my exercise routine the pounds just kept packing on. As a college student and recent graduate I maintained my weight very well simply because I ate healthy. This was not on purpose, I just couldn’t afford to eat at fast food places often so I had to eat vegetables and other inexpensive grocery store products. Once I began my professional career I began eating out daily and eventually caused the scale to jump tremendously. Before I knew it, I went from 150 to 185 pounds over a 4 year time span.

For the past year I have been a dedicated gym member, going to classes, mixing strength with cardio, and trying to really get back on the ball with my health. This was great, however I did not change my eating habits. I thought I was making wise food choices when in reality I was eating too much, too late and too irregularly. I was basically starving myself and then eating too much of the food that would normally be good for me.

I learned about the Healzoo program after trying the MasterCleanse diet and other fat burning pills such as Hydroxycut and Slimquick. At first I was skeptical about the validity of the Healzoo Quickstart program but considering how I heard about the program I knew that this person was trustworthy. I tried it, I ate the right amount of calories and I lost 14 pounds in 15 days. Honestly during these 15 days I had a couple of cheat days and I still lost the weight. I’m amazed at how I was able to lose the weight by eating right and working out less than I was when I was eating unhealthy and working out more.

You can see the results for yourself. I’m now down 20 pounds from my starting weight of 178 and have begun the HealZoo Journey program. Now that the fat is melting off, I am beginning to see the muscles I developed while working out so aimlessly at the gym and I feel GREAT! Now, I’m getting the body I want without a costly gym membership….. I love it! I would recommend the products and programs at HealZoo to anyone!
